4 1/2 out of 5 starsBurlesque is the story of a girl from Iowa who goes to L.A. to achieve her dreams of being a dancer and singer. She finds a club called Burlesque and decides to start there as a waitress and eventually got a part in the show, She is able to use her talent of singing and dancing to save the club which would have had to be sold otherwise.
I enjoyed it alot, it was a musical with Cher and Christina Aguleria as the main characters, I loved the costumes and the music plus it gives you the feel of LA and show biz! it was a movie where to get a feel for it you have to enjoy musicals, LA and acheiving dreams of being a performer. It is a movie about showgirls so if you are under the age of 15/16 then it would probably be innapropiate.
